- ยฝ cup white wine
- 2 ยฝ cups chicken broth
- 1 cup long-grain white rice (rinsed)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 Roma tomatoes (chopped)
- ยผ cup fresh parsley (chopped)

How to Cook:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Brown the chicken thighs, then remove and set aside.
