Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp smoked paprika

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper

– 1 lemon (sliced into rounds)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).

2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and rub it evenly over the fillets.

4. In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the salmon.
